Fred Elsey

As a co-founder of DFS, Fred Elsey brings over 25 years of experience from the semiconductor and OEM tool industries specializing in fluid delivery and electrical engineering. Since 1988 Fred has been involved with the expansion of a large semiconductor manufacturer where he has been an innovator and leader in the design, construction, programming, and coordination of chemical delivery systems of over 12 Fabs worldwide. As a supervisor, manager and finally a Global Chemical Technology Leader Fred was responsible for all chemical services operations where he supervised over 60 technicians, Engineers and specialists overseeing all site operations and vendor/outsource relationships for the chemical systems group.
