Sam has been a Gas Product Engineer at DFS since 2016, where he defines and creates new systems and system requirements, implements new designs and packages the features into product releases. This position involves close interaction with engineering, sales and key customers.

Prior to working at DFS, Sam was a test engineer at Red Dot Corporation, working with heating and air conditioning systems in industrial, agricultural and speciality vehicles. He has also worked as a CNC machinist at APD Manufacturing, where he performed setup of fixturing, work offsets, tools, and inspected parts as they were produced to ensure their accuracy to the manufacturing drawings. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boise State University.
